Please see below for your strength training class. I have combined beginner and advanced together again, because, frankly, it feels like it works just fine to do this and is far more efficient. I would love your feedback though if you feel differently, OR have a suggestion, a question, or just want to share an epiphany you had mid rep grunting out an overhead press!
